Delicious Healthy Snacks under 150 calories

Here are a few of my favorite healthy snacks

These are all around 150 calories give or take a few. Please add a comment below and tell us, what is your favorite healthy snacks?

Healthy Snack - VitamuffinVitamuffin – These muffins are sooooo good and with 15 vitamins and minerals they’re healthy too (in the freezer section)

A serving of baby carrots and Light Ranch Dressing

An ounce of mini pretzels with a Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge or 2 Tbsp jalapeno Cream Cheese

1 Tbsp peanut butter and an apple

Non-fat Greek yogurt, topped with one teaspoon of honey and half a cup of strawberries

Kashi Organic Promise Berry Fruitful cereal – good on the go snack

Walnuts (12-14) or pistachios

Banana with a square of chocolate (I like Bark Thins and they’re non-gmo)

Mrs. Thinsters chocolate chip cookies
